Membership Freeze Request

Freeze notices must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

    Reason for freeze

    Per O2 BodyFit policy, all members have the option to put their membership on freeze two (2) times per calendar year for up to three (3) consecutive months.

    Freeze for less than one (1) week are not available.

    Upon expiration of Freeze Date above, member's account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.

    Should member choose to return prior to the end of their freeze period, the freeze will be released, payments will resume.

    Should member elect to cancel during the Freeze Period, they must submit an electronic cancellation form.
