Weekend Warriors

This is an outdoor or indoor class held either on Saturday or Sunday. The outdoor location varies and will be determined by the coach leading it. Please reference the monthly bootcamp calendar for the these specific dates and locations.

Additional Info
  • Each class is 60 minutes long.
  • Bring an exercise mat, sweat towel and a water bottle.
  • There are no start and stop dates. Bootcamp Classes run continuously.
